Hi, my name is Rachael! I am a wife and a mama. But first and foremost, I am the daughter of The Most High. Everything I am and everything I have are from Jesus. I love sunshine, traveling, the ocean, mountains, black leggings, comfy t-shirts, and coffee. I love learning. And I love learning when it involves health and medicine. I am so blessed by my family. My husband Jason is strong, patient, and tenderhearted.  But most of all he loves Jesus and leads our family in a way that shows Christ’s love and grace daily. My son Abel is just like his daddy. He is tenderhearted, smart, and funny. This amazing boy changed my world the day he was born. He is one of the first reasons I strove to find balance for my health and for my family. You could say it all started with him. My daughter Brynnlee is as sweet as she is hardheaded. Her laughter and love for life brings so much joy to us.
